With a calm, approachable energy and a passion for empowering women, Fiona Mullins is the founder of F.E.M Health & Fitness – the Female Empowerment Movement. Her mission is simple, to help women feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life. With 15 years of experience working within the healthcare sector, Fiona brings a deep understanding of women’s health, behaviour change, and long-term wellbeing. She is a Qualified Menopause Specialist, and proudly incorporates her Pre & Post-Natal qualifications, giving her a unique ability to support women through some of the most defining transitions of their lives.
